At All Cleaning and Trauma Services, our aim is to provide support to those most vulnerable. Each client is treated in the respect of “how would I want my loved one treated?”

Each client has a cleaning schedule tailored to their specific needs. This can include laundry service, changing of linen or something more specific to you.

We provide consistent support to you or your client, so that you see familiar faces and can form firm relationships.

During each clean, our staff will write notes and provide feedback, such as tripping hazards or maintenance issues.

There are several ways in which we can help:

1. One-off cleans

This is where we come into the participants home and give it a good spring clean. This is usually where the home is in a manageable state, it just needs a deep clean. Usually, no rubbish is removed as it is not required.

2. On-going Domestic Cleaning

Under the NDIS, we can set up regularly scheduled domestic cleaning. This is always tailored to the needs of the participant. It usually covers kitchens, bathroom, vacuuming, mopping of all wet areas. It can be altered to include changing of linen, windows, garden maintenance etc.

3. Intensive Cleaning

Intensive cleans are usually where the participant has an extensive collection of either clutter, rubbish, or both. These jobs require the removal of waste. Depending on the job, we can complete these jobs in a day, over multiple days or depending on the needs of the participant, we can schedule regular visits until it is completed.

4. Linen Service

We can pick up and drop off a linen service for participants. We can wash sheets, towels, clothing etc. We will happily handle light to heavily soiled items.

Linen service usually goes hand in hand with on-going domestic cleaning but not always.

5. Home Maintenance

Home maintenance can be minor repairs around the home to trade works such as plastering, painting, tiling, refinishing surfaces. We have a network of qualified and registered tradesman for all maintenance works.
